Shipping Policy

Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes for an item to be delivered from our fulfillment center to its destination.

  • Standard domestic orders are shipped via UPS priority mail (3-5 days delivery) with tracking ID. Discounted items require 8-10 days for delivery.
  • Urgent domestic orders will be shipped the next day (delivery time is 1-2 days) by USPS with tracking ID.

*Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days

When will my order be shipped?
Spot goods are usually shipped within 1-2 working days after receiving the order and confirming it. When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email (including package tracking information).
Orders may be sent in different packages, and products ordered together may also be sent on different dates. The shipping fee will be allocated based on the price of the product, but the total shipping fee will not exceed the price displayed at checkout.
Occasionally, the product may be sold out. In this case, the product will be cleared from your order. You will receive an email cancellation notice, and we will not charge any fees for the cancelled goods.

How to confirm the order status?
After the ordered product is shipped, we will send you a shipment notification email (including package tracking information). If you want to track the package, please track it 24 hours after receiving the email to give the carrier enough time to update the shipping information. If you have not received the goods you ordered within the estimated delivery time shown at checkout, please contact our online customer service department here. A  Amadahome customer service representative will reply to you as soon as possible.
